The services offered by MULTINATIONAL AGENCY OF VIABLE INNOVATIONS Sp. z o.o are fully commercial. Issues related to

your privacy and security are an important element of our business activity. The

policy is based on four elements:

1. Processing of client’s personal data.

2. Password protection.

3. Cookie policy.

PROCESSING CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Art. 13 section 1 of the European Parliament and of the

Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard

to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and

repealing Directive 95/46 / WE (hereinafter: GDPR) we inform that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is MULTINATIONAL AGENCY OF VIABLE INNOVATIONS Sp. z o.o. with the

registered office on UL. FRANCISZKA KLIMCZAKA 10A / 5, 02-797, Warszawa, NIP

5252628396 (hereinafter: pl.mavi.team).

2. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of the RODO used when

concluding an agreement with mavi.team for the provision of services offered by

mavi.team, and the fulfillment of the service agreement concluded by you with

Mavi.team, as well as the fulfillment of the obligations entrusted to Mavi.team in

order to detect and prevent fraud, identify, protect, investigate complaints, direct

marketing, compilation, analysis and statistics, verify the accuracy of payments,

process complaints and notifications, technical support, financial calculations,

including issue of accounting documents.

3. Mavi.team has the right to transfer your personal data to legal entities to

third parties (hereinafter referred to as Mavi.team subcontractors) for the purposes

and to the extent necessary for the correct and proper execution of the agreement

concluded by you with Mavi.team. In this regard, your personal data may be

transferred to Mavi.team subcontractors on the basis of a Personal Data Processing

Assignment Agreement concluded between Mavi.team and Mavi.team

subcontractors.

4. Your personal data, as a rule, is not transferred outside the EU. However,

the transfer of your personal data outside the EU can occur if it is necessary to

perform your service, including the implementation of the service will require the

participation of Mavi.team subcontractors with registered offices outside the EU.

5. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contracts you

have concluded with Mavi.team for the provision of services offered by Mavi.team,

and upon expiration of this period until the expiration date of the limitation of

claims arising from the agreement concluded with Mavi.team to provide services

offered by Mavi.team. However, your personal data recorded in the accounts will

be stored for the period specified in legal laws, including tax regulations.

6. Subject to restrictions arising from GDPR and other legal provisions, you

have

• the right to access your personal data and the right to correct it,

• the right for removal, processing of restrictions, the right to transfer

personal data,

• the right to objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time

if processing takes place on the basis of your consent.

7. You have the right to make a complaint with the supervisor within the

meaning of the GDPR if you consider that the processing of your personal data

violates the provisions of the GDPR.

8. To the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the contract concluded by

you with Mavi.team for the provision of services offered by Mavi.team, you provide

personal data voluntarily. Withdrawal of consent or withdrawal of consent will

prevent Mavi.teaml from informing you of new offers and promotions.

9. You may be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing of

personal data, including profiling, if we are authorized to do so by law or you agree

to this in advance.

PASSWORD PROTECTION

Each service running on pl.Mavi.team servers is password protected. This

password must comply with the requirements for the number of characters,

including letters, numbers, special characters, providing an adequate level of

security that corresponds to the risk associated with the processing of personal

data. In this access to the account is possible only after correct authorization.

Through sharing in the admin panel, you can change your password at any time. If

you have forgotten your password, there is a formal procedure for assigning a new

password.

COOKIE POLICY

“Cookies” are text files that data is stored on users’ devices designed to use

websites. They allow, among other things, to determine the type of user device and

display websites based on individual preferences. Cookies usually contain a website

address, storage time on the user's device and their own, unique identifier.

Cookies allow us to:

• ensure the correct functioning of our site,

• increase the speed and security of using the site,

• improve the features available to you on the site,

• use analytical tools,

• use marketing tools,

• provide social functions.

of cookies in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy. You can always

Own cookies. Cookies can be divided into yours and third-party ones. As for

our own cookies, we use them for the proper functioning of our services.

For applications published by Mavi.team, the acceptance of cookies is

necessary for the correct use of, among other things, the billing system (client

panel).

Third-party cookies. Our website, like most modern websites, uses the

functions provided by third parties, which is associated with the use of cookies from

third parties.

The use of this type of cookie is described below.

Analysis and statistics. We use cookies to track site statistics, for example,

visitor numbers, the type of operating system and web browser used to view the

site, time spent on the site, visiting a page, etc. We use Google Analytics.

Metric.

The information collected in this regard is completely anonymous and does

not allow for your identification. For this, cookies are used by Google LLC. 

Using the services of Google Analytics, this Google metric is related to the

implementation of the code provided by Google  in the page code,

tracking code. This code is based on cookies, but may also use other tracking

technologies.

Marketing. 

We use Facebook marketing tools to direct site advertising to

you. To do this, we have implemented the Pixel Facebook site code that remembers

your visit. Facebook cookies are used for this.

We also use the marketing tools of Google Tag Manager to direct you to

advertising the site. To do this, we implemented a code in a page that remembers

your visit. To do this, they use the cookies of Google LLC, including Google Adwords.

Social features. We provide the opportunity to use the functions of social

networks, such as sharing content on social networking sites and subscribing to a

social profile. The use of these functions is associated with the use of cookies from

administrators of social networking sites such as Facebook, Google.
